An Amendment 000003 to the new CIO-SP3 Small Business (Restricted) GWAC was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 22, 2010 to clarify the instructions relative to completing past performance reference sheets via the on-line form available in AcquTrak. There was no change in the due date for receipt of proposals, which is 5:00pm EST January 28, 2011. The amendment can be found under the following URL: Amendment 00003
