Welcome to the next generation of IT acquisition.
NITAAC will soon be awarding two new Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS) for IT Services and Solutions – CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 small business. These 10-year multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to satisfy their information technology requirements. Both GWACs will provide a broad range of solutions and integrated technologies from a cadre of contract holders that have been vetted for subject matter expertise and are recognized industry leaders. These IT services meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements within a broad IT Architecture requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operations. CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 small business feature 10 distinct task areas.

NITAAC GWACs support the principles of the Federal CIO’s 25-Point Plan for IT Management Reform; the document that recently introduced the OMB’s "Cloud First" strategy.
