CIO-SP4 Update 6/7/2022
Awards and Extensions: NITAAC plans to announce CIO-SP4 awards on or before 11/1/2022 and has just extended the CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) through the same date, except for SDVOSB on 10/30 and HUBZone on 10/31. This means your customers will have additional time to award task orders under both GWACs with periods of performance well into 2027. Our intent is to always have a GWAC ready for IT awards as we go through the process of awarding and onboarding CIO-SP4, and we’ll get another extension if necessary to make this happen.

CIO-SP4 Update 1/28/2022
On January 27, 2022, NITAAC issued Amendment 15 to the CIO-SP4 RFP which extended the proposal due date to February 11, 2022 at 5pm EST. Offerors are strongly encouraged to review all of the Amendments and corresponding documents in their entirety.
Revised proposals should be submitted to the iNsight Proposal tool in accordance with Amendment 14 (issued on January 14, 2022) and Amendment 13 (issued on January 11, 2022) providing offeror instructions on utilizing the iNsight Proposal tool.
The previous Amendment number 12 (issued on December 15, 2021) was NITAAC’s initial response to a Government Accountability Office ruling partially sustained on November 23, 2021. This modification allowed offerors to submit proposal revisions to sections L.5.2.1 through L.5.2.4 corresponding to sections on the self-scoring sheet about which there were questions.
Amendments 12-15 were released to SAM.gov on the dates mentioned and are currently available and recommended for viewing.
CIO-SP4 Update 12/16/2021
The CIO-SP4 solicitation has been extended through January 21, 2022. We plan to issue an amendment by the week of January 3rd with instructions on how to update, register and send revised proposals.
CIO-SP4 Update 11/4/2021
We fully expect and intend CIO-SP4 will be awarded in a timely manner. If there is a delay in the award date of CIO-SP4, please know CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business may be extended up to a year and NITAAC will ensure there is no gap in contractual coverage between CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP4.
