Effective January 5, 2016, NITAAC has instituted a fee cap of $150,000 for any task order base or optional period (not to exceed 12 months) with funding in excess of $23 million under CIO-SP3, and $27 million under CIO-SP3 Small Business.

The NCAF reimburses NIH for the cost of operating and administering the NITAAC Program as it provides for streamlined ordering procedures, efficient acquisition support and training, and superior customer support for all federal agencies.
