Jacobs Strategic Solutions Group provided leading-edge Customer Service, Network Services, Tier 2/3 Help desk and desktop support and Full Software Development Life-Cycle Support within the Information Technology Branch in support of the NIH Office of Research Services and the Office of Research Facilities (ORF).
