Yes, the CIO-CS NCAF is listed as a separate Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) on contract holder quotes by default. The CIO-CS NCAF is fixed at .35 percent (.0035) and is calculated using the following formula: Total NCAF = Total Award Value * NCAF Percentage Example: Total Award Value ($5 Million) * NCAF .35% (0.0035) = $17,500 The NCAF is applied to the total award value for contractor performance inclusive of the commodities and commodity enabling services.
