Department of Justice

DOJ Intro
DOJ 2nd Section

The verdict is in: the Department of Justice chooses NITAAC for faster, easier acquisitions while helping to achieve its information technology goals.

From 2014 to date, you’ll find that NITAAC has worked with ten agencies of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and has successfully fulfilled 44 Task/Delivery Orders valued at over $1.3 billion. As your acquisitions portfolio continues to grow and change, one thing does not: NITAAC Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). Whether you need financial systems, cybersecurity, optimization of infrastructure and applications, implementation of intelligent automation or any other information technology requirement, our Contract Holders can meet your most critical needs. A closer look at our history reveals that NITAAC:

  • Already supports over $1.3 billion* in DOJ obligations.
  • Is administered and awarded by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, and now mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services (DS) Certifications, meaning they are ready to help on Assisted Acquisitions Services orders over the FAR subpart 13.500(c) commercial items threshold.
  • Represents many Contract Holders who have cleared personnel, ready to support the federal government in a variety of positions that require access to sensitive information.
  • CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been additionally extended through 4/29/25. Any task orders issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients well into FY30.

NITAAC will do whatever it takes to assure our customers always have a NITAAC vehicle that can handle their requirements. While we hope we can avoid another extension, we are prepared to get one if circumstances dictate. Please check with us before making any comparable IT obligations.

How NITAAC has helped the DOJ uphold the rule of law, keep our country safe and protect civil rights.
