It was during Lincoln’s second inaugural address that he spoke the immortal words that have become the VA’s motto, “With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right…let us strive to bind up the nation’s wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphans…” As the President turned from the divisive bitterness at the Civil War’s roots to the unifying task of reconciliation and reconstruction, he spoke this prescription that rings as true today as it did at the end of the Civil War – words that Veterans Affairs (VA) continues to follow as they care for veterans and their families.
Today, that care depends on information technology (IT) modernization, and NITAAC Contract Holders provide the expertise and knowledge needed. From our National Institutes of Health (NIH) roots and specialization in healthcare to general IT systems, NITAAC Contract Holders can provide you with the most revolutionary products, services and solutions on the market today – what we call everything IT. A NITAAC task/delivery order will never be the thing that holds up the VA as our Contract Holders quickly deliver everything from cloud solutions, cybersecurity and interoperability to artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and more. - Already supports over $775.7 million in Veterans Affairs obligations.
- Is administered by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services (DS) Certifications which are now required on orders for the management of digital services over the FAR Subpart 13.500 (c) commercial items threshold.
- CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been extended through 4/29/25. Any task order issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients well into FY30.
- Will assure our customers always have a NITAAC contracting vehicle that accommodates their needs while CIO-SP4 is awarded and onboarded.
