The purpose of the CIO-CS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is to provide a mechanism for the federal government to procure IT commodities and solutions as they relate to general IT initiatives along with health and life sciences IT capabilities as defined in FAR 2.101. Federal agencies can use this GWAC for acquiring a wide range of IT commodities and associated commodity-enabling services.

If you have questions regarding whether an item can be purchased on the CIO-CS contract, customers may review section C of the CIO-CS Conformed Contract or contact NITAAC Support for guidance.
