Fast, Efficient and Affordable Procurements for the DoD

Did you know you can look outside of the Department of Defense (DoD) for your information technology (IT) procurement needs? Since 2012, the DoD has awarded over $9 billion in products and services through our three Best in Class contracts. As the DoD moves forward with the January 2023 mandate for small business awards, NITAAC is here to help. With over 300 Contract Holders in the five socioeconomic categories between CIO-SP3 Small Business and CIO-CS, NITAAC offers a diverse selection of Contract Holders that offer innovative goods and services.

NITAAC understands that many of the DoD agencies have their own vehicles. NITAAC acts as a supplement to those vehicles allowing for commercial and non-commercial items. Need something quickly? On average, NITAAC can award a task order off of CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business within 45 days, and a delivery order in ten days. That fits with the DoD’s goal of real time acquisition.

If your DoD agency is looking for a fast, affordable and friction-free procurement process, NITAAC is the answer.

DoD Detail - Advance the Mission

Own the Information and Advance the Mission

As recent DoD directives confirm, purchasing decisions should be based on delivering the best value to the taxpayer and superior capability to the warfighter in the shortest possible time. Congress authorized GWACs for exactly this purpose — there is simply no faster, more flexible, value-oriented vehicle for purchasing information technology.

GWACs enable you to realize the continual benefits of competition by providing fair opportunity to a highly qualified group of Contract Holders every time a requirement is submitted. NITAAC's Electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS) is aligned with new DoD directives, enabling customers to mandate affordability and to set and manage shorter timeframes for requirements.

With the need for today’s solider to be ready at all times for deployment, or to support missions worldwide, NITAAC offers the speed to ensure their information technology success.

NITAAC contracts are ready-made for defense agencies. The Department of Health and Humans Services (HHS) has certified that acquisitions undertaken by NITAAC meet all applicable defense procurement requirements mandated by the FY2008 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). You can find the full memorandum here.
