As Labor improves working conditions for Americans, NITAAC improves working conditions for Labor.

Like many federal agencies, the Department of Labor (DOL) is tasked with modernizing information technology by consolidating resources, eliminating redundancies and enhancing security. This can lead to competing priorities for those tasked with accelerating modernization. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could just snap your fingers and have all the products and services you need to implement the newest technologies as they come online? To harmonize and synthesize your competing priorities into one manageable plan? The answer is, you can, but so far, you’ve just scratched the surface with NITAAC. Our Best in Class Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts streamline the acquisition process so you can implement new technologies faster and more easily than ever before.

As DOL continues to modernize and protect existing systems with 21st-century technology, NITAAC’s contract holders are ready to provide the most revolutionary solutions, products and services. A NITAAC task/delivery order will never be the thing that holds DOL up as our Contract Holders deliver everything from cloud solutions, cybersecurity, interoperability – everything IT. A closer look at our history and you’ll find that nobody does it quite like NITAAC.

  • Already supports almost $382 million* in Labor obligations.
  • Is administered by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services (DS) Certifications which are now required on orders for management of digital services over the FAR Subpart 13.500 (c) Commercial Items threshold.
  • CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been extended through 4/29/25. Any task orders issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients well into FY30.
  • Will assure our customers always have a NITAAC contracting vehicle that accommodates their needs while CIO-SP4 is awarded and onboarded.

NITAAC will do whatever it takes to assure our customers always have a NITAAC vehicle that can handle their requirements. While we hope we can avoid another extension, we are prepared to get one if circumstances dictate. Please check with us before making any comparable IT obligations.

How NITAAC has helped DOL deliver on its mission.

When you look through the Task and Delivery Orders listed here, you’ll see that NITAAC has supported DOL with a wide array of IT requirements. With the extensions of CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business, and the anticipatory excitement surrounding CIO-SP4, we know there will always be a NITAAC Contract that DOL can count on. Ask your colleagues, and you’ll find NITAAC is the one to call for:
