How NITAAC has helped USDA plant the seeds for digital transformation and a secure environment
NITAAC is proud to serve USDA’s integrated IT Governance Framework and modernization with our three Best in Class (BIC) Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs): CIO-CS for IT Commodities/Solutions, CIO-SP3 for IT Services/Solutions and CIO-SP3 Small Business for IT Services/Solutions in five socioeconomic categories (shown below). As USDA embraces its small business goals, CIO-SP3 Small Business and CIO-CS have a pool of over 300 Contract Holders ready to serve. Our Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts offer both strategic and tactical solutions:
- Serve USDA’s Integrated IT Governance Framework
- Already support almost $3.5B in USDA obligations
- Assisted Acquisitions Services orders are administered and awarded by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services (DS) Certifications, which are now required on orders for the management of digital services over the FAR Subpart 13.500(c) commercial items threshold
- Achieve mission goals across competing interests, departments and agencies
- Feature rigorously pre-vetted Contract Holders recognized for IT innovation; many already with FedRAMP certifications
- CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been extended through 4/29/25. Any task orders issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients well into FY30
- Will assure our customers always have a NITAAC contracting vehicle that accommodates their needs while CIO-SP4 is awarded and onboarded.
NITAAC will do whatever it takes to assure our customers always have a NITAAC vehicle that can handle their requirements. While we hope we can avoid another extension, we are prepared to get one if circumstances dictate. Please check with us before making any comparable IT obligations.
