Here’s why so many federal agencies trust NITAAC to support their information technology (IT) efforts.

The President’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 budget allows for major health care and defense priorities that are poised to greatly / impact many agencies. The key takeaways include a renewed emphasis on fighting cybercrime, strengthening cyber and artificial intelligence (AI) activities, and investing in IT modernization for public health data systems and cancer research. NITAAC can assist with all of the information technology requirements by streamlining the acquisition process and enabling rapid procurement.

Our contracting officers and support staff are essential to our offerings. We have a team of FAC-C-DS (Digital Services) Level-III certified contracting professionals who can guide customers through every step of the IT acquisition lifecycle.

What’s more, for over 25 years, NITAAC has offered new iterations of its Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicles, now known as CIO-SP3, CIO-SP3 Small Business (soon to be CIO-SP4) and CIO-CS, to federal agencies looking to purchase IT faster, more easily, and from a level playing field of pre-qualified Contract Holders.

The NITAAC pool of Contract Holders has assisted over 230 federal agencies, departments and programs with their information technology initiatives. Those orders have included everything from computer buys to large enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Leading initiatives our Contract Holders support.

In FY 2024, the federal government is proposing an IT Budget of $132 Billion. This number includes $74 Billion for Civilian Agencies and $58 Billion for the Department of Defense.

As a federal program, NITAAC feels your agencies’ pains and understands how to support all of their leading initiatives. Whether it’s artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or health IT, NITAAC and our Contract Holders have been there and done that. And, like you, we adhere to the strategy and policies that guide federal agencies. We can even step in with Assisted Acquisitions if your own people are out or just too busy. As you read through the capabilities listed here, remember that no matter how complex or simple your task may be, whether you’re buying one laptop or one hundred thousand, no one is better prepared to fulfill your requirements than your federal partner – NITAAC.

FAC-C-DS certification

The majority of our Contracting Officers have their Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting, Core-plus specialization in Digital Services (FAC-C-DS). The new FAC is effective June 2018 and required for those assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.500(c) certain commercial items threshold.
