Yes. A complete list of Contract Holders can be found by visiting our Contract Holder Directory under the Resources tab of our Navigation menu. Once on the Contract Holder Directory page you can select the GWAC you are interested in using the filter options on the left side of the page.

All CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business contract holder on-and off-site rates can be obtained by logging into e-GOS here. You can also visit the contract holder information page of each contract holder in the Contract Holder Directory.  In the Contract Holder Directory, you can select the contract holder whose rates you want to see, and click the link to their individual websites.

Only the prime contract holder is subject to the rates under their contract. Reference Prices/Costs in your contract. The rates for the subcontractor (may or may not be another prime contract holder under the GWAC) shall be at the prime and subcontractor discretion.
