• Many of our Contract Holders have cleared personnel (both within the various DHS agencies and within the DOD) ready to support the federal government in a variety of positions that require access to sensitive information.
• Although not included in EAGLE NextGen, NITAAC has a BIC GWAC for IT commodities, CIO-CS, that has successfully served DHS in the past.
• Assisted Acquisitions Service orders are administered and awarded by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services Certifications, which are now required on orders for the management of digital services over the FAR Subpart 13.500(c) commercial items threshold.
• CIO-CS doesn’t expire until April of 2025, with commodities and managed services solutions available through 2030.
• CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been extended through 10/29/24. Any task orders issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients into FY30.
• NITAAC Will assure our customers always have a contracting vehicle that accommodates their needs while CIO-SP4 is awarded and onboarded.

NITAAC will do whatever it takes to assure our customers always have a NITAAC vehicle that can handle their requirements. While we hope we can avoid another extension, we are prepared to get one if circumstances dictate. Please check with us before making any comparable IT obligations.
