Since NITAAC was founded in 1996 as part of the Clinger-Cohen Act, our federal acquisitions program has been focused on reimagining information technology procurements. The pace of digital transformation has led us to not only make purchases of IT solutions faster and easier but by building on commercial and cloud platforms, more cost competitive as well. • CIO-SP3 and all CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been additionally extended to 10/29/24. Any task orders issued can have up to a 5-year period of performance, taking clients into FY30.
• Will assure our customers always have a NITAAC contracting vehicle that accommodates their needs while CIO-SP4 is awarded and onboarded, issuing another extension if necessary. Please check with us before making any comparable IT obligations.

• Getting help from Assisted Acquisitions with the lowest fee (2% of total obligation)
