Lockheed Martin will create new reference implementation software to support the development, testing and adoption of future Nationwide Health Information Network capabilities. Lockheed Martin will also support the development of real-world demonstrations and pilots for emergent Nationwide Health Information Network capabilities.

Lockheed Martin is providing agency-wide IT and infrastructure support services to the CMS under the Consolidated Information Technology Infrastructure Contract (CITIC). CMS provides health insurance for approximately 90 million beneficiaries through Medicare, Medicaid, the State Children's Health Program, and other health care quality assurance programs. CMS has more than 6,000 government employees located in Woodlawn, Md.; Washington D.C.; and 10 regional locations and other satellite offices.

National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) is an Oklahoma State Department of Health development contract located in Oklahoma City, OK. We provide a team of programmers, analysts, and technical writers who support and provide a variety of information technical services. This includes software programming, process improvement, and project management tasks. L-3 developed the Public Health Investigation and Disease Detection of Oklahoma (PHIDDO) web application to meet Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and OSDH infectious disease reporting requirements.

MC4 offers deployable medical units a wide range of integrated systems (software and hardware) that bridge the tactical and sustaining base information management and information technology healthcare systems. L3 provides life cycle IT service management, IT clinical support services, and software systems used by medics, doctors, and nurses in tactical environments worldwide to assist with patient treatment and documentation of patient encounters. L3 created, organized, staffed, and built two labs to support MC4 testing and integration requirements.

L-3 developed and maintained the National Cancer Institute’s Geographic Information System for Breast Cancer Studies on Long Island (LI GIS) to support the Long Island Breast Cancer Study Project (LIBCSP).

Jacobs Strategic Solutions Group provided centralized scientific user support for Mac and PC desktops for: LAN application availability, reliability, security, and interconnectivity; Mainframe communication, inventory control, instrument control systems, migrations, documentation, evaluations; Support and training for video teleconference, equipment, services, and software; and NHLBI intranet and web development.

Jacobs Strategic Solutions Group provided leading-edge Customer Service, Network Services, Tier 2/3 Help desk and desktop support and Full Software Development Life-Cycle Support within the Information Technology Branch in support of the NIH Office of Research Services and the Office of Research Facilities (ORF). We supported the ORS IT Branch computer, connectivity and information exchange within an ITIL framework. We also incorporated customer relationship management (CRM) training into all customer support activities

Jacobs Strategic Solutions Group provides Help desk/desktop tier 2/3 support and ancillary services, security, network operations, application management and development and other consultation and advisory services to more than 2,700 users in multiple locations across Bethesda and Rockville, MD.

Harris provides comprehensive clinical data management for the National Cancer Institute intramural clinical trials program. Harris provides the expertise that has consistently enabled increased data volume capacity while maintaining high data quality. Specific tasks include clinical data management, clinical data abstraction, quality assurance and control, clinical audit and monitoring, and maintenance and enhancement of research databases and systems. This contract is a continuation of 29 years of Harris support to the National Cancer Institute.

Support the FISH Lab computer image acquisition systems. Provide systems administration services for a UNIX and Windows 2008 server and SAN multi-platform file server running AppleTalk, PC, and FTP. Administer the OS9 operating system used to run AICGH, as well as MacX2.0 and UNIX operating systems by monitoring network performance and usage, troubleshooting problems, and backing up the systems. Support the design of the UNIX/SQL database architecture, including writing SQL scripts to generate statistics from information in the Softpath Laboratory Information System.
